CANCELATION FEE
If you fail to inform me that you cannot attend your appointment at least 24 hours prior, there will be a cancellation fee of $25.00. If this is not paid you will be blacklisted from booking further appointments.
Anything later than 20 minutes your appointment will be cancelled and you will be told to reschedule your appointment.
If you refuse to abide by this it will result in you being refused treatment.
